Some very remote destinations in rural areas are not covered by the standard rates of delivery and may occur extra costs of transport. In these specific cases we will contact you to find an intermediate solution (another address) if necessary. As those exceptions are not given to us by the courier companies in advance, it is a case-by-case situation.

Deliveries are done by our logistics subcontractors (Fastway | Internet Express | Skynet | DPD Dawn wings | The courier guy | Ram) and the delivery rules are given by them directly on their website when the system select the provider.
