Our operation are based in Johannesburg South Africa. We don't have any physical stores.
> Do we offer wholesale prices ?
We are a retailer online shop, so we do not offer wholesale prices.
Our prices are calculated to be as competitive as possible and give the best deals we can to our direct customers.
> Do we have a product/price list ?
All our available products are on the website with their prices.
We do not provide full price lists as our prices are on the website.
If a product is sold out, it will momentarily disappear from the website, until we restock it.
> How to place an order
Shopping online is simple.
choose a product, select the quantities requested, add it to your cart. Repeat for each product you want to buy.
You can click on your trolley icon at any time to view items in your cart and then check out.
go to the cart (right top). you will be guided to fullfill your order on the page during this process.
On the cart page you'll see an overview of the products in your cart. You can add or remove quantities or remove items as desired. The shopping cart will immediately update.

We deliver door to door or to kiosk with Fastway courier or Thecourierguy
We offer free delivery for orders over 490 rands
Normal costs of shipping varies between 65 to 110 rands depending on your address if your order is below 490 rands
Some very remote destinations in rural areas are not covered by the standard rates of delivery and may occur extra costs of transport. In these specific cases we will contact you to find an intermediate solution (another address) if necessary. As those exceptions are not given to us by the courier companies in advance, it is a case by case situation.
We ship nationwide. We don't deliver outside South Africa
Shipping takes 1 to 7 working days depending on the delivery address
You can follow your parcel on the Fastway and Thecourierguy websites
If our couriers can't deliver to your address we'll contact you to make alternative arrangements.
One of our courier partners – The Courier Guy or FastWay - will deliver to your physical address, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
If you live in a main city centre then the shipping time will take 1-3 working days. If you live in an outlying area it could take up to 7 working days.
There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
Unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather, load shedding, hijacking, strikes could prolong the delivery time. Late delivery is not grounds for refund or cancellation of already shipped orders but if you are in any way concerned about the current location of your parcel and ETA of delivery, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up for you.
