At eoil.co.za, we strive to provide you with the highest quality essential oils and herbalist products. Please review our refund and return policy to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
General Return Policy
- If you wish to return an order, please contact us at admin@eoil.co.za within seven calendar days of receiving the products.
- Returns are accepted without penalty within this seven-day period, but you will be responsible for covering the direct shipping costs for both inbound and outbound shipments.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unopened and unused, within the specified timeframe.
Custom Order Policy
- Custom orders, specifically those made for larger quantities, are not eligible for reimbursement. This is particularly applicable if the reason for return is related to the scent profile.
- Our essential oils are selected for their aromatherapy benefits, not for perfumery purposes. Variations in scent are natural and expected due to the focus on therapeutic properties.
Replacement Products and Refunds
- If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty product, we will gladly exchange it for a new one, provided it is returned in its original packaging.
- Please note that cash refunds are not available. Any refunds will be processed directly to your bank account.
- Diffusers come with a six-month warranty and will be replaced or refunded depending on stock availability.
Payment Obligations
- If you cancel your payment or if your credit card becomes invalid, you are still obligated to pay the full purchase price, including any recovery costs incurred by Amp Trading.
- Amp Trading reserves the right to cancel any sale or your registration if you breach any obligations.
