At eOil.co.za, we are an online retail store devoted to delivering our high-quality products at the best prices, directly to our valued customers.

We are strictly an online shop and we only provide delivery to your shipping address.

We are not a walk-in shop and we don't do collection.

 =====

We invite you to explore our diverse product range and their respective prices directly on our website, as we do not distribute separate price lists.

======

As an online retail platform, we typically do not provide additional support documentation like COA (Certificate of Analysis), GCMS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry), and IFRA (International Fragrance Association) standards, which we receive from our suppliers.

we believe in providing our valued customers with a seamless and convenient shopping experience.

That's why we've streamlined the access to essential information like Certificate of Analysis (COA) for our products.

Rather than requiring a separate document download, we've integrated this critical data into the identification tabs of our products.

This means that you can easily find the COA information you need right on the product page, ensuring transparency and accessibility for all our customers."

You will find under the identification tab of each product : INCI Name - CAS number - Latin name - Extraction methods - part used / ingredients list - origin - Common names - Appearance - Odour notes - Quality (natural, organic...) - Active Ingredients - Storage.

Batch numbers and BB dates will be on the label of the products you will receive.

About Documentation disclosure:

GC/MS stand for Gaz Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry. They are analysis carried in modern equipped laboratories to study the molecular composition and concentration of an ingredient (natural or otherwise).

The analyses reports are then used as reference by different industries formulators and manufacturers (pharma, cosmetics, foods…) to create their own products in accordance with international health and safety regulations and standards.

In aromatherapy, the GC/MS reports may help assess the conformity and concentration of certain molecules naturally present in the essential oils extracted from plants. Learning about the molecular specificity or chemo-type of pure extracts, can help trained professional (Pharmacists, aromatherapists, flavour and fragrance chemists and analysts…) define, recommend, or use the best scope of applications, safety dosages in synergies and restrictions of uses when necessary.

 Many producers of oils and plant extracts do not keep laboratories on their premises and depend on independent third-party lab to carry those analyses on their behalf. These analyses can be costly (depending on scope). The results are often proprietary and limited to the batch sample(s). A company may choose to share those results freely to assist their professional customers in respecting regulations or for research purposes (ex: Perfumers and cosmetic manufacturers with IFRA standards, health products manufacturers, scientists, etc…)

The lab reports that we receive from our suppliers are usually accompanied by a close of non-disclosure, similar to the one that you can see below.
