Please note that specific wholesale custom orders are not eligible for reimbursement, particularly if the reason for return is related to the scent profile.
Our essential oils are chosen primarily for their effectiveness in aromatherapy, not for their use in perfumery. As such, variations in scent are natural and expected, given the focus on therapeutic properties.
our oils are not standardized. If you are in the business or creating range of products, be aware that each batch high have different aromatic profiles. You need to make your final customer aware of this fact. It is also the beauty of working with natural products.
