- Ho Wood Relaxation Diffuser: Mix 4 drops ho wood, 3 drops lavender, 2 drops sweet orange in your diffuser.

- Ho Wood Sleep Aid Pillow Spray: Combine 5 drops ho wood, 3 drops chamomile, 100 ml distilled water in a spray bottle, mist on pillow.
- Ho Wood Muscle Tension Relief Massage Oil: Mix 4 drops ho wood, 3 drops eucalyptus, 30 ml sweet almond oil, massage onto sore muscles.
- Ho Wood Calming Room Spray: Add 10 drops ho wood, 6 drops cedarwood, 100 ml distilled water in a spray bottle.
