Origanum majorana
From the same family as Oregano, Rosemary, Sage and thyme, Marjoram has been a must in all Mediterranean herbs and medicinal gardens since the middle ages. Renowned for its digestive and respiratory benefits, fresh sweet and spicy aromatic Marjoram is used in the kitchen and in the house for dry bouquets and pot-pourri.

- Body massage use 1 to 6 drops essential oil for 10 ml carrier oil (0.5 to 2 % concentration) +++
- Face care use 1 to 3 drops essential oil for 10 ml carrier or base (0.5 to 1 % concentration) ++
- Body care use 2 to 6 drops essential oil for 10 ml carrier or base (1 to 2 % concentration) +++
- mouth in mouth wash ++
Diffusion
- Steam Inhalation -- add 5 drops of essential oil to a pot of hot water ++ on tissues
