Renowned for its digestive and respiratory benefits, fresh sweet and spicy aromatic Marjoram is used in the kitchen and in the house for dry bouquets and pot-pourri.

    1. Marjoram Aromatherapy Foot Soak: Add 5 drops marjoram, 3 drops lavender, 1 cup Epsom salts to a warm foot bath for relaxation.
    2. Marjoram Herbal Perfume: Blend 6 drops marjoram, 4 drops clary sage, 2 drops bergamot in 10 ml jojoba oil.
    3. Marjoram Muscle Pain Relief: Combine 4 drops marjoram, 3 drops eucalyptus, 30 ml carrier oil, massage onto sore muscles.
    4. Marjoram Sleep Aid Roll-on: Mix 4 drops marjoram, 3 drops lavender, 10 ml carrier oil in a roll-on bottle, apply to pulse points.
    5. Marjoram Relaxing Pillow Spray: Add 10 drops marjoram, 6 drops chamomile, 100 ml distilled water in a spray bottle, mist on the pillow.
