Soothing After-Sun Balm (with Essential Oils):
This balm is great for calming irritated skin after sun exposure.

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons licorice-macerated sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon shea butter
- 2 drops lavender essential oil
- 1 drop chamomile essential oil

Instructions:
- In a double boiler or heat-resistant bowl over simmering water, melt the shea butter.
- Remove from heat and slowly whisk in the licorice-macerated sunflower oil.
- Once combined, let the mixture cool slightly.
- Stir in the essential oils.
- Pour into a clean container and refrigerate until solid. *To use: Apply a thin layer to sunburned or irritated skin.
Important Note: Always do a patch test before applying any new product to your skin. Apply a small amount on your inner forearm and wait 24 hours to check for any irritation.
