Ingredients:
- 5 ml Basil essential oil (Ocimum basilicum)
- 10 ml Eucalyptus essential oil (Eucalyptus globulus)
- 10 ml Rosemary essential oil (Rosmarinus officinalis)
- 75 ml Grapeseed carrier oil (Vitis vinifera)
- Cotton wick or cotton ball
- Aromatherapy inhaler or small glass jar with a lid
How to mix: In a small bowl, mix together the Basil essential oil, Eucalyptus essential oil, and Rosemary essential oil. Soak a cotton wick or cotton ball in the essential oil blend until it is fully saturated. Place the saturated wick or cotton ball into an aromatherapy inhaler or a small glass jar with a lid. Add the Grapeseed carrier oil to dilute the mixture slightly and provide a smooth inhalation experience.
Caution: When using essential oils, it is crucial to always dilute them with a carrier oil or in a diffuser, as applying undiluted oils directly to the skin may cause irritation or adverse reactions.
Additionally, it is highly recommended to perform a patch test before using any essential oil for the first time.
To conduct a patch test, dilute a small amount of the essential oil in a carrier oil and apply it to a small area of your skin. Wait for 24 hours to observe any signs of redness, itching, or irritation.
If you experience any adverse reactions, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Remember, essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts and should be used with caution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
