Synergy | Recipe - Ambrette Energizing Diffuser Blend

Ingredients:

• 5 ml Ambrette essential oil (Abelmoschus moschatus)
• 5 ml Bergamot essential oil (Citrus bergamia)
• 5 ml Sweet Orange essential oil (Citrus sinensis)
• 5 ml Peppermint essential oil (Mentha piperita)

How to mix: Combine all the essential oils in a small dark glass bottle, and shake gently to mix. To use, add 3-5 drops of the blend to your favorite diffuser, following the manufacturer's instructions.

Caution: When using essential oils, it is crucial to always dilute them with a carrier oil or in a diffuser, as applying undiluted oils directly to the skin may cause irritation or adverse reactions. 

Additionally, it is highly recommended to perform a patch test before using any essential oil for the first time. 

To conduct a patch test, dilute a small amount of the essential oil in a carrier oil and apply it to a small area of your skin. Wait for 24 hours to observe any signs of redness, itching, or irritation.
