HOW TO USE
METHOD OF USE: INFUSION
Infuse for 2 to 3 minutes. Infusions with dried hibiscus flowers can be enjoyed both cold and hot. The longer the flower is allowed to infuse, the pinker and more acidic the infusion might become. Also, the natural flavour compounds in fruit teas are volatiles and their soothing olfactory benefits might be weakened if the tea is brewed for too long. Part of the comforting experience of fruit tea is to enjoy, taste and breathe-in their aromas with all your senses (warmth, freshness, fizz…) while you drink.
HOW TO USE:
DRINK and ENJOY HOT OR COLD/ICED, any time of the day, (does not contain theine), in all seasons.
These antioxidants packed, flavorful fruit tea, also make beautiful refreshing and healthy cold or iced drink during hot summer days. Add fresh lemons orange slices, ginger bits, fresh cut apples…add honey or stevia leaves to sweeten, add a bit of sparkling water (if you want a bit of fizz). Use your imagination. Variations are endless…
AS A Natural SKIN, HAIR, and BODY CARE INGREDIENT:
Use your antioxidant packed infusion as a cooling, skin mist for face, body, or hair. Use as a natural skin toner… Simply fill a spray bottle with an unsweetened cold infusion and spritz on body, hair, or face; mix with some aloe vera gel for a hydrating skin toner or hair spritz. (Hibiscus flowers are traditionally used on the skin, to help soothe, hydrate and regenerate dry and very dry skin conditions. Their anti-inflammatory properties are perfect used for mature, dull, stressed or even sensitive skin care)
Use a bit of your infusion when making a face or hair mask instead of water.
Create light floral and fruits refreshing fragrant waters: in a 100ml spray bottle: use 1 tablespoon of perfumer’s base to dilute a few drops of floral (rose, rose geranium, May Chang, neroli, jasmine, Ylang-ylang…) or Sweet scented (sweet orange, lemon, grapefruit, Litsea cubeba, vanilla…) or spicy (ginger, cinnamon…) or woody essential oils or absolute. Add 1 teaspoon of vegetable glycerin. Top up your bottle with a filtered fruit infusion to replace water. Let infuse for a few weeks before use.
