- one lavender essential oil - 10 mL
- one Marjoram essential oil- 10 mL
- one Ravintsara essential oil - 10 mL
- one Argan vegetable oil - 100 mL
to mix / blend

This pack contains:
- one lavender essential oil - 10 mL
- one Marjoram essential oil- 10 mL
- one Ravintsara essential oil - 10 mL
- one Argan vegetable oil - 100 mL
MIXING
- lavender essential oil - 3 to 5 drops
- Marjoram essential oil- 2 to 3 drops
- Ravintsara essential oil - 2 to 3 drops
- Argan vegetable oil - 5 ml (60 drops)
HOW TO USE
apply gently to you chest for a good night sleep
CAUTION
Do not use during the first 3 months of pregnancy / breastfeeding
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
As a general rule, always perform a skin patch test before using your essential oils for the first time.
