Synergies | Recipes - Myrrh Restorative Sleep Blend (Aromatherapy Diffusion)



  1. 6 drops Myrrh essential oil (Commiphora myrrha)
  2. 4 drops Lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia)
  3. 3 drops Chamomile essential oil (Matricaria chamomilla)
  4. 3 drops Bergamot essential oil (Citrus bergamia)

How to mix: Combine all essential oils in a small glass bottle and shake well to blend. Add the desired amount of drops (start with 3-4 drops) to your diffuser, and diffuse in your bedroom 30 minutes before bedtime.


Caution: When using essential oils, it is crucial to always dilute them with a carrier oil or in a diffuser, as applying undiluted oils directly to the skin may cause irritation or adverse reactions. 


Additionally, it is highly recommended to perform a patch test before using any essential oil for the first time. 

To conduct a patch test, dilute a small amount of the essential oil in a carrier oil and apply it to a small area of your skin. Wait for 24 hours to observe any signs of redness, itching, or irritation.
