This is a specialty aromatherapy oil derived from Hyssopus officinalis var. decumbens, also known as "creeping" or "gentle" hyssop, which has low ketone content and is non-toxic, making it suitable for aromatherapy applications. It should not be confused with Hyssopus officinalis var. officinalis, which contains a higher ketone content. The hyssop plant is renowned in France for flavoring "Chartreuse" and "Benedictine" liqueurs and is also used in fresh-minty mouthwashes and toothpastes.

Do not use during the first 3 months of pregnancy / breastfeeding
