INSTRUCTION OF USE
Always use diluted in an adequate carrier/support (oil, cream…) before any skin applications.
This is a potentially PHOTO-SENSITIZING essential oil. It is recommended to not expose yourself to the sun for min. 8 hours after using/applying this oil.
Best used in Night-time applications. (Night creams, balms, routines…)

For Massages, Face & body care, skin application +++:
- For targeted applications (pigmentation, stomach massages,): 5 % dilution (1 drop celery essential oil per 20 drops of an adequate carrier oil or 5 ml essential oil per100 ml base.)
Diffusion: +++
- Ultrasonic Diffusers for anxiety, stress: use 10 min 3 times a day.
Others
- Cooking +++: Used to aromatize dishes or drinks. Essential oils are highly concentrated extracts. Use with parsimony. For a start, use the tip of a toothpick, dipped in the essential oil, and mix in 1 Tablespoon of your chosen support. Mix well to blend and leave to infuse for a few min. Taste and adjust essential oil and support, until you are happy. 1(tiny)drop will usually be enough to greatly aromatise 2 large Tablespoons of you chosen support. Proceed by tiny tasting steps. Essential oils are added cold the buttery/oily or syrupy phase of your preparations, to bring a powerful finishing aroma to your dishes. Great to create your own aromatic oils, honey, sirups, spiced salts, fresh creams, and powders. In Preserves (fruits or veg), Jams, Marmalades, Chutneys, Dips (Mayo, legumes purees, olives, tomatoes or brinjals purees) and cold sauces. In smoothies, yogurts, etc…
