Unlike Helichrysum italicum, who is more known for its wounds healing properties, this helichrysum bractieferum is traditionnaly used as a breathing facilitator, and a support to the respiratory system.

Massages & body care

• Body massage  use 1 to 6 drops essential oil for 10 ml carrier oil (0.5 to 2 % concentration) +++

Diffusion

• Ultrasonic Diffusers for air purification, use 10 mn 3 times a day.  5 to 30 drops depending of the size of the room. Diffuse for 30 min at a time for large rooms. In bedrooms, diffuse for 15 min half an hour before going to bed. +++
• Spray Add 5 drops of essential oil for 10 ml of vegetable glycerine and add water +++
• Steam Inhalation --  add 5 drops of essential oil to a pot of hot water +++
