Stomach Massages, hygiene and face care
On the skin: Use a little, always well diluted.
for Stomach (occasional digestion related discomfort), lower back (UTI’S, Intestinal related discomfort), joints (articulation related) in support massages +++: use 1 to 2 drops essential oil per 10 drops of carrier oil (0.5 to 20 % concentration) for a soothing, localised massage on the stomach or joints.
Face care +++: use 1drop essential oil per 10 ml carrier or base (0.5 to 1 % concentration)
Oral hygiene ++: use 1drop of coriander essential oil per 120 ml of mouth rinse/ wash (use your regular mouth wash)
or make your own mouth wash: In a 120ml bottle, add 1-2 drops coriander essential oil to 1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Glycerine- Glycerol- mix well. Top up your bottle with water and agitate to blend. Use one Tablespoon to swish, gargle and rinse your mouth for 30 sec. Spit and enjoy a refreshed breath.
Body hygiene, Scalps and Haircare++: use 2 to 6 drops essential oil for 10 ml carrier oil or neutral base shower gel, Castile soap, shampoo, conditioner… (1 to 2 % concentration)
Diffusion, inhalation +++
Ultrasonic Diffusers: +++ for air purification, use 10 min 3 times a day.
For a 10 min olfactory relaxation ++: an easy time-out, to replenish your mind and emotions. At home, at work, before sleeping or in times of stress: apply 1-2 drops of your carrier/ essential oil blend (see Body massages) on each inner wrist. Gently rub your wrists against each other; then, bring both wrists in front of your nose, cover your closed eyes with both hands. Breathe in deeply through the nose and exhale slowly through the mouth. Repeat. Let go, feel yourself relax and being replenish.
Others
Cooking+++: To powerfully aromatize your preparations or side dishes. Start with diluting just 1drop of essential oil per tablespoons of cold butter, cooking oil, honey, mayonnaise or tomato sauces. Taste, and add more if necessary. Then, add your aromatized base to your final recipe.
For hint aromatization, dip the tip of a toothpick directly in the essential oil bottle and use the toothpick to swirl into your finished product. Taste to test and adjust if necessary.
Use Coriander essential with vegetable purees (potato…at the end of prep, when rectifying seasoning), to guacamoles, (1 drop for 2 fresh Avo’s), to humus, to Asian soups, or Mexican sauce
Great with grilled meat side sauces…

CAUTIONS
The use Coriander Seeds essential oil is reserved for adults and children 6 years old and older.
Coriander Seed oil contains highly concentrated linalool molecules, always use it well diluted, especially on sensitive skins, and perform a patch test (blend 1 drop of essential oil in 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Apply two dots of that mix to the crook of your elbow for at least 24 hours to check allergic reactions- redness, itches...)
Avoid when pregnant or nursing.
