1.    Apply to slightly damp skin for gentle exfoliation.

2.    Scoop a small amount into your hands.

3.    Massage gently in circular motions, focusing on rough areas (elbows, knees, heels) for 1–2 minutes per area.

4.    Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use a mild body wash if desired.

5.    Slightly pat dry, leaving your skin slightly damp and apply your moisturiser or favourite body Oil.

6.    Use 3–4 times per week or as needed. Suitable for normal, dry, or sensitive skin; patch test if sensitive.

Kalahari Desert Salt is a natural, unrefined form of sodium chloride harvested from the Kalahari Desert in South Africa (near Upington, in the Northern Cape province, close to the borders with Namibia and Botswana). Like all natural salts (including sea salt, Himalayan salt, and other mineral salts), it is primarily composed of sodium chloride (>95% NaCl).
