• All Pure Plant oils (Carrier oils) are cold pressed from nut or fruit. No chemical process involved (hexane free); mechanical filtration;
• All essential oils are steam distilled directly from natural plant parts;
• Cetearyl Olivate & sorbitan Olivate –from food-grade olive-oil (COSMOS-compliant process)
• Benzyl alcohol & Dehydroacetic acid – synthesised by standard GMP organic chemistry (Cosmos and EcoCert compliant preservative system).

Suitable for daily uses, this rich yet fast absorbing herbal foot cream, combines nourishing carrier oils with a synergy of 4 refreshing, soothing and sanitizing essential oils: 

Peppermint oil produces an immediate cooling effect that eases burning-feet sensations or post-exercise heat, 

the gentler spearmint oil subtly prolongs that cooling benefit, adds natural antibacterial support and completes the deodorizing action;

Tea tree essential oil offers its broad spectrum antibacterial and antifungal protection to sanitize feet and nails, control bad odours and prevent the development of mycosis. Finaly, wintergreen essential oil brings in its natural soothing touch to help calm redness, soreness, pressures and swellings and help restore comfort and relax your feet.

HOW TO USE:

This cream contains wintergreen essential oil (natural methyl salicylate/ “Aspirin”). Please read the caution section BEFORE use.

1. Wash and dry feet thoroughly.
2. Massage a hazelnut-sized portion over soles, heels, and between toes until fully absorbed.
3. For fungal-prone areas, apply a second, thin layer between toes twice daily for four weeks.
4. For sports, apply a light coat before socks to reduce friction, then reapply after showering.
5. Hands, Cuticles, and Elbows: Apply a pea-sized dab after washing hands. Massage a thin film into cuticles;
6. Friction Guard for Long-Distance Walking and Hiking: Spread a light coat on hot-spot zones (heels, balls of the feet) before lacing boots.
7. Pre-Sport Odour Control: Rub a hazelnut-sized amount between toes and allow two minutes to absorb. 
8. Post-Workout Muscle Rub: Work a coin-sized portion into calves and ankles immediately after showering. 

When to use:

•          After bathing, before sleep (overnight repair)

•          After sports, hiking, standing work—for comfort, odour, and moisture

•          In winter/dry climates for skin barrier protection

When Not to Use

• On infants and children below the age of 6 years
• First trimester of pregnancy and if breastfeeding.
• Avoid on open ulcers, post-surgical wounds, or severe burns; seek a medical-grade dressing instead (see CAUTION)
• Do not layer with other topical salicylate products to prevent cumulative methyl-salicylate exposure (see CAUTION)
• If redness, swelling or other reactions appear, discontinue use.

Our Pedicare cream is an herbal cream and contains a small amount (0.2%) of pure wintergreen essential oil (CAS 68917-75-9), the natural botanical source of methyl salicylate. Therefore, Read the following caution points before use.

For Chronic feet conditions

• Do not use/mix/layer Pedicare cream together with any other medically prescribed rub, gel, patch, or lotion that also lists methyl salicylate, salicylic acid, or “aspirin-like” ingredients. Follow your healthcare professional or your GP instructions/ prescription.
• Confirm with a doctor if you have advanced diabetic neuropathy, circulatory disorders, psoriasis, or eczema on the feet. Get clearance BEFORE use
• If you have a medically confirmed salicylate (aspirin) allergy or if you take prescription anticoagulants (systemic anticoagulants or other salicylate-based medicines e.g., warfarin), Consult your GP and Get clearance BEFORE use.

For Pregnancy and breastfeeding

• During pregnancy, use only after the first trimester and only on local areas (between toes…); Consult your healthcare provider before use, discontinue if any irritation appears.
• Consult a healthcare professional before resuming during lactation.

For Children and adolescents

• Do not use the pedicare cream on infants and children under 6 years old (their skin absorbs salicylates faster)

Open wounds and active infections

• Apply strictly to intact skins. Avoid on open cuts, fresh blisters, open skin ulcers, post-surgical wounds, severe burns, severe plant warts, infected skins or weeping eczema. Seek medical treatment first.
• Do not cover treated skin with an occlusive, airtight dressing; salicylate uptake accelerates under occlusion. Cotton socks are fine.

External use only: Avoid use on eyes or mucous membranes.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

If you notice persistent redness, ringing in the ears, or a strong wintergreen odour on the breath, stop use and consult a healthcare professional.
