We have put together a synergy of powerful essential oils with the following properties that help ease the pain of sprains as well as aid in the recovery of the muscle and joints that have been damaged:

- Painkiller
- Analgesic
- Spasmolytic musculotropic
This pack contains:
one Helichrysum essential oil- 10 mL
one Eucalyptus citriodora essential oil- 10 mL
one Lavandin essential oil - 10 mL
one peppermint essential oil - 10 mL
one Arnica macerated carrier oil - 100 mL
HOW TO MIX
Take your empty bottle and add:
- 30 drops of Helichrysum essential oil
- 10 drops of Eucalyptus citriodora
- 10 drops of Lavandin essential oil
- 10 drops of peppermint essential oil
- 60 drops (3 mL) of Arnica macerated carrier oil
Shake to combine and then label your bottle. Your synergy is ready to be used!
HOW TO USE
Apply very gently on the painful area, 6 to 8 drops, 3 times a day for 10 days.
Keep the joint fixed with the help of a suitable accessory.
