Methods of Use

 

Method Instructions
Topical Application Always dilute before use. For pigmentation/target areas: 5% dilution (1 drop in 20 drops carrier oil, or 5 ml essential oil in 100 ml base). Best for night-time use. ⚠️ Photo-sensitizing – avoid sun for 8 hrs after application.
Diffusion Ultrasonic diffuser: 10 minutes, 3 times daily for stress/anxiety.
Cooking Very concentrated. Start with a toothpick dipped in oil and mixed into 1 tbsp of support (oil, honey, cream). Adjust gradually. 1 tiny drop can flavour 2 tbsp. Use in oils, syrups, jams, chutneys, sauces, yogurts, smoothies.
