Sore Muscle Massage Oil:
30 ml (approx. 2 tablespoons) of carrier oil (e.g., Arnica, Grapeseed oil or almond oil)
10 drops Balsam Fir essential oil
5 drops Marjoram essential oil
5 drops Peppermint essential oil
Instructions: Blend essential oils with the carrier oil in a glass bottle. Massage onto sore muscles.
