Sustainability & Sourcing Notes
  • True Rosewood (Aniba rosaeodora) is a protected species. Our oil comes from sustainable agroforestry — not wild wood harvest.

  • Leaves, not heartwood: Only distills from pruned leafy twigs to avoid tree loss; comparable in linalool content and aroma to wood-based oil.

  • Do not confuse with Dalbergia sissoo: Dalbergia-based "Rosewood" is cheaper, more common, and not true Aniba rosaeodora.
