Calming Chamomile and Lavender Tea 

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 teaspoon dried chamomile flowers
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried lavender buds
  • 1 cup boiling water

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Mix chamomile and lavender in a tea infuser.
  2. Add boiling water and steep for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Strain and enjoy before bedtime.
