Recipe | Synergy - Joints soothing Balm

Joints soothing Balm: 

30 ml (approx. 2 tablespoons) of carrier oil (e.g., jojoba oil or coconut oil)

10 drops Balsam Fir essential oil

7 drops Ginger essential oil

5 drops Rosemary essential oil

Mix the essential oils with the carrier oil in a small glass jar. Rub a small amount onto affected areas to help soothe aching joints.
