Powerful antioxidant

I have read that this spice has one of the highest ORAC values amongst spices known to us.
I like to ingest a drop or two in a capsule, together with some other powerful anti-inflammatory oils... It's also an ingredient for a combination known as "THIEVES' oil."
Our parents gave it to us as children for a toothache... It's very strong tasting, be warned... Use it in moderation in any dish.
