Rich in alpha-santalol.

Our Yellow sandalwood essential oil sustainably replaces the white Sandalwood from Mysore in India (Santalum album), whose wood exploitation has been banned due to over exploitation. (Santalum album is now a protected species, under strict conservation laws). Yellow sandalwood essential oil has the same properties and efficiency as the white sandalwood (Santalol). Our essential oil comes from Agro-forestry plantations in New Caledonia, where the rich, aromatic oil is distilled after wood trimming maintenance operations.
