Synergy | Recipe - Basil & Lavender Relaxing Bath Oil



  1. 8 ml Basil essential oil (Ocimum basilicum)
  2. 15 ml Lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia)
  3. 5 ml Bergamot essential oil (Citrus bergamia)
  4. 72 ml Sweet Almond carrier oil (Prunus amygdalus dulcis)

How to mix: Pour all ingredients into a dark glass bottle and gently shake to combine. Store in a cool, dark place when not in use. Add a few drops (about 1-2 teaspoons) to a warm bath just before soaking.



Caution: When using essential oils, it is crucial to always dilute them with a carrier oil or in a diffuser, as applying undiluted oils directly to the skin may cause irritation or adverse reactions. 


Additionally, it is highly recommended to perform a patch test before using any essential oil for the first time. 

To conduct a patch test, dilute a small amount of the essential oil in a carrier oil and apply it to a small area of your skin. Wait for 24 hours to observe any signs of redness, itching, or irritation.
