You woke up this morning and suddenly you can't turn your neck all the without shooting pains! Since we know this pain all too well, we've put together a pack of effective essential and macerated oils to help relieve your torticolis (otherwise known as a stiff neck). 

There is nothing like a good massage with all-natural, heating oils to treat the pain.

eOil.co.za has thus combined in this synergy anti-inflammatory, soothing, relaxing, antispasmodic and analgesic properties.

This pack contains:

• one Eucalyptus Citriodora essential oil - 10 mL
• one Rosemary Essential Oil  - 10 mL
• one Gaultheria essential oil - 10 mL
• one Vetiver essential oil - 10 mL
• one St john's worth carrier macerated oil - 100mL

Take your empty bottle, and add:

• 35 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
• 25 drops of Rosemary essential oil
• 25 drops of Gaultheria essential oil
• 12 drops of Vetiver essential oil
• 25 drops of St john's wort carrier oil

Shake to combine and then label your bottle. Your synergy is ready!

Gently massage your neck and upper back with 3 to 4 drops of the mixture, 3 times a day for 5 to 7 days.

Do not use during the first 3 months of pregnancy / breastfeeding 

Keep out of reach of children and pets.
