INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
Please note:
Oregano essential oil can cause irritations to the skin (DERMO CAUSTIC). NEVER USE PURE ON THE SKIN. USE FOR LIMITED PERIOD ONLY (1-3 weeks max

Cooking
- Cooking +++:1drop to 20 ml, in association with other herbal, citrus or spicy essential oils, is enough to aromatise your vegetable oils.
- Season with salt, pepper, chilies, garlics… Add sundried tomatoes… Let infuse for a few days and taste a drop of your blend on a small piece of bread. Add more Vegetable Oils, if necessary.
- Use a few drops in vinaigrettes, mayo, for salads and pastas, to accompany fresh breads or
- to make aromatized croutons (Cut stale bread in thick slices, or cubes. Sprinkle or spray on your aromatized oil, and toast/ grill in the oven for a few minutes until golden. Serve with soups, consommés, cheese, cold meats…)
