Salvia has been used for a long time in folk traditions to combats fevers, rheumatism, perspiration and for meditation. We still use the leaves as spices when cooking . Sage is used as flavouring agents by perfumers, as well as in the cosmetic industry and in the food industry.

  • Body massage  use 1 to 3 drops essential oil for 10 ml carrier oil (0.5 to 2 % concentration). Best applied topically in low dilutions for menstrual support, massage with a carrier oil onto the lower abdomen and lower back +++
  • Body care  Apply 1 drop in 5ml base lotion or cream or blend with a carrier oil ++

Wonderful

I adore the aroma of this oil, I was taken aback by how sweet and light the scent, very drawn to it its now a firm favorite.
