1. Sore Muscle Relief Massage Oil
2 Tbsp jojoba or sweet almond oil
10 drops Wintergreen essential oil
5 drops Lavender essential oil
5 drops Frankincense essential oil
Mix and massage onto sore areas as needed. Always patch test first.

1 Tbsp coconut oil
