Suggested Uses & Applications

Method Application
Targeted Body Massage Dilution required. Use 1–6 drops essential oil for 10 ml carrier (0.5–2%). For digestion concerns: 1 drop cardamom + 4 drops carrier, massage onto abdomen. For ENT: 1 drop cardamom + 4 drops carrier, massage upper back/neck areas.
Mouth Hygiene Mouthwash: 6 drops essential oil + 3 tbsp vegetable glycerine, top with water in 200 ml jar, shake & rinse. Helps with bad breath.
Diffusion Ultrasonic diffuser 10 min × 3 times a day for purification and uplifting atmosphere.
Inhalation Add a few drops to hot water, inhale vapors. OR apply onto tissue/wrist for deep breaths.
Cooking Toothpick dip method. Blend into oils, syrups, or honey. Enhance teas, coffees, desserts, sauces. Use sparingly.
Perfumery Adds warmth and spice. Pairs with woody, citrus, spicy, resinous, and floral oils. See blend examples below.
